I'm sitting here at my desk, bright flourencent tubes glaring onto papers strewn everywhere, my view of Southampton non-existent due to the thick grey cloud pressing up against the glass.

I'm dreading my first meeting of the day. It's another one of those, "Tilesey, we broke this project real bad, please can you make it work" piles of crap that I always try, and always fail, to avoid. The reminder pops up, 15 minutes to go, I use my eraser to remove my Friday, "wtf?" annotations from the notes in front of me, replaced with, "how would this work?".

The iPod is doing a good job of blocking the Monday morning screeching from the girls on the helpdesk behind me, Killing Me Softly is fading into the background, the next track starts, I recognise the tune...
