Shhhhhhh man - I'm not drunk.

I'm not!

Really!

Anyway, they laid on a tab for our team at the Walkabout this lunch time to celebrate the Melbourne Cup.

We had a sweepstake, my lousy horse finished 10th. 10th! I don't care if it's a young horse, it's getting close to entering dog food territory now. It's a good thing I'm nice.

Anyway, they promised us free food and drink. Now believe me when I tell you that when people say free drink, I can look after myself thankyouverymuch, just tell me the tab number and I'm away! But food is a rather more tricky social situation, made even trickier when they just brought out nibbles.

Do we order our own on the tab, or do we put up with the nibbles?

Well we put up with the nibbles. Big mistake. There are only so many nacho chips you can eat.

Now I'm hungry.

And drunk!
