Braai - Extreme English Style... by Tris
The only thing missing is a beer, but since I don't have three hands and no one has bought me one of those beer baseball caps with the straws (hint, my birthday is this time next week), I had to make a sacrifice.
It tasted fab.
Apologies for the low quality of the photo, but I'm at the parent's place and systems are limited...

Posted by: Southern Bird at August 14, 2005 12:05 AMPosh South African word for a big ol' bbq/fire thingy I think Southern Bird, where the participants get right royally ratted by firelight into the night - Tilesey used to insist on trying to burn our flat down with them on the balcony back in the old days, cooking chickens with beer cans up their jacksies!
Good skills T - nice to see some of yer favourite big ol' sausages on the go there!
