Phone fun... by Tris
We have a very structured phrase to answer the telephone with at work. There are no exceptions, you must answer your phone that way - it is even written into company policy.
I say this phrase tens of times everyday, so it is only natural that the number of times I have answered my home phone with that phrase is to embarrassing to count.
Of course, when working with some people, they do tend to ignore this structured informative phrase...
